Payment process. I filed XXXX complaints which the company finally responded to those complaints on XX/XX/XXXX. They explained which made no sense but supposedly my account is XXXX, and they have sent a XXXX to the credit bureau. In a heartbeat they can affect my credit but I have to wait XXXX days and have to watch my credit and if anything happens I can show them the letter. There was no error on our side. Everything was done on their end and now I have to watch and make sure nothing goes against our credit rating. Seems a little XXXX to us. We did nothing wrong and have to do all the work. Then to top it off we are still getting XXXX letters. And XXXX letters were sent not to the address on file, but to the address of the property that has the XXXX on it. Again another XXXX up on their
