Trouble with how payments are being handled. I have bee trying to make a payment with XXXX but my money keep getting reversed back to me. I have checked my account and routing number but they are fine. I keep reaching out to the loan department but nobody ever picks up the phone. I will be sending over all the transaction the school has reversed as well. Now I'm about to be 3 months behind because of there system. Please help as I have tried everything except this. Thank You!
