Debt collection — Rowland Avenue Management, Inc. A/KA Columbia Debt Recovery, LLC d/b/a Genesis (TN)

Debt was paid. I have been disputing this company since XX/XX/. I was told that if I produced anything that confirmed my move out date that they would remove the account. On XX/XX/ I sent them 2 emails confirming my move out date, and 2 more emails that I got from the company that owned the apartment complex. They told me I had to wait thirty days for the client to respond if not they will remove the account, this was told to me per their supervisor on a recorded line. I reached out again XX/XX/XXXX, and was told my account was on hold and just to wait the full 30 days.
