Credit card company isn't resolving a dispute about a purchase on your statement. I opened a Bank of America credit card ( XX/XX/23 ) and had a balance of {$2300.00}. Using the app on my phone it made a pay-in-full instead of setting up a monthly auto pay amount accidentally. I called B.O.A. and they said they would refund the money back into my checking account at XXXX XXXX XXXX in XXXX, MA XXXX and it would take 3 months. Approximately 3 months passed and Bank of America sent me a bill for {$2300.00} and had CLOSED my B.O.A credit card account (!? ) AND the money never went into my checking account at XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX, XXXX, MA XXXX.
