Personal information incorrect. tried to change phone number on online account profile four times, never worked. Reported problem to experian. Got auto emails and no assistance with correcting incorrect information on my " credit account ''. The online account management is not working. The experian customer service is just an auto reply garbage collector. It is a crime that the credit reporting agencies ( experian ) can suck up all information about you, but can not manage or protect it. Oversight and regulation and penalties for mismanaging critical personally identifiable information is sorely needed. Credit information these vampires collect directly affects your ability to get credit, your job, and your insurance. still waiting for assistance beyond an auto email saying experian says
