Credit reporting or other personal consumer reports — Experian Information Solutions Inc. (GA)

Reporting company used your report improperly. On XX/XX/XXXX I mailed notices to all CRAs to cease reporting transactions and experiences with several accounts listed on my credit report. They all claimed to investigate the matter. Experian has yet to respond that they are investigating the matter which has been over 30 days as required by law that they have 30 days to respond they failed to do so. XXXX has updated my report with the results of removal of my XXXX XXXXXXXX accounts as they should. The other bureaus XXXX and Experian are still reporting an account which they should be in compliance with XXXX. XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX and XXXX needs to follow suit with ceasing my transactions which is a violation of FCRA and privacy.
