Didn't receive enough information to verify debt. I am writing to dispute several accounts on my credit report that are the result of identity theft. I did not open or authorize these accounts, and I have reason to believe that they were opened fraudulently. I have attached copies of my ID, FTC report, and any other supporting documents that can aid in resolving this issue. The accounts in question are : XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX and XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX. I have contacted the creditors and provided them with the necessary information to investigate the fraudulent activity. I have also filed a police report and have requested a copy for your records.
