Credit reporting or other personal consumer reports — Sterling Infosystems Inc. (VA)

Information is incorrect. I applied to XXXX and was offered a contingent offer of employment. I was contacted by a XXXX recruiter on XX/XX/XXXX stating that I did not pass my background check. Upon my further investigation I noticed that Sterling, the background check company had included incorrect information. I have been living in XXXX for most of my life outside of XXXX duties. My report states that I have lived in multiple XXXX cities. When I contacted Sterling to dispute the inaccuracies they would not provide me with a way to do so. I contacted them via both email and phone. The representative kept repeating my traffic infraction in XXXX, VA from XXXX. That was not the meaning of my call, but he would not listen to what I was calling about.
