Unable to receive car title or other problem after the loan is paid off. I paid off my remaining loan amount of {$15000.00} and OneMain did not acknowledge it to update my credit profile for XXXX month. OneMain did not release the XXXX for my truck for XXXX month. OneMain knocked my credit report for late payments, decreasing my credit score, even after I paid the loan off. Apart from being a predatory lender, OneMain 's customer service was a joke. While waiting for my title release, I lost out on an offer from someone who was interested in purchasing my truck. Now the value of the truck is decreasing due to forces out of my control. Please take off the late payment reporting to my credit.
