Attempted to collect wrong amount. Upon moving out of my apartment ( XXXX, XXXX, Nevada ) in XX/XX/2021, the management refused to do a move-out inspection. About a month later, they sent me a letter saying I owed them {$140.00}, which was in addition to the {$300.00} deposit they were not returning to me. This document they sent me falsely stated this extra charge was due to " accelerated rent ''. At this point in time I had never been provided an itemized list of charges, which is required per my lease. I have pictures supporting my claim that the unit was left in as clean or cleaner condition than when I moved in, in accordance with the terms of my lease.
