Was not notified of investigation status or results. On XX/XX/23 I sent a certified letter to this credit reporting agency disputing multiple derogatory items found on my credit report. According to my tracking information, my letter was delivered or picked up on XX/XX/23. According to 15 U.S.C. 1681i ( a ) ( 1 ) ( A ), I should have received an update on the investigation results within 30 days beginning when my letter was delivered to them, which I have not. To date ( 30+ days ), I have not received anything from this credit reporting agency in regards to my letter, not even a reply stating they have received my letter and would be investigating the items found in my letter.
