Credit reporting or other personal consumer reports — Experian Information Solutions Inc. (NJ)

Account status incorrect. This is the second complaint I have made about XXXX XXXX. I am an endorser on a couple 's loan for my stepson. I paid off the loans in full in XXXX and XX/XX/2023. XXXX hasn't reported the loans to the credit bureau. On their website, they said they report every month to the credit bureau. The last time they reported to the credit bureau was in XX/XX/2023. Every time I call, they say the amount is to large and it'll take XXXX days. It has been over XXXX days. Am I supposed to take legal action against the XXXX XXXX or the Department of Education to have the situation solved? I need to buy a house, but because of that, I can't do it.
