Credit reporting or other personal consumer reports — TRANSUNION INTERMEDIATE HOLDINGS, INC. (MO)

Account information incorrect. The account is paid in full. I have a XXXX balance and the verification was emailed out to me on XX/XX/2023. However, it is still showing on my credit report for the full amount of {$200.00}, XXXX. Each time I dispute it with the credit companies I get a notice stating that XXXX is reporting that the amount they have is verified. Each time I call XXXX they tell me that they are not reporting that amount to the credit companies and there is nothing they can do to help me.
