Can't use card to make purchases. I applied for a business credit card based on a pre approval offer and a fraud alert which was placed on my credit by myself triggered a freeze to all my personal cards that have been open for over a year and been in use. My account was verified and still the freeze was not removed, instead they requested for me to send bank statements which was sent and now they are requesting business account statements which has nothing to do with my personal accountshowever they refuse to unfreeze my account even though I gave them all the information they requested.
