Credit card — AMERICAN EXPRESS COMPANY (GA)

Can't use card to make purchases. I tried to use my card at a XXXX on XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, GA on XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX {$46.00} XXXX XXXX - {$31.00} I put the card in my XXXX wallet and it didn't take either time AND I HAD ENOUGH ON MY CARD TO COVER THE PURCHASE. I've never had this problem with Amex gift cards before. I called the XXXX number and they read from a script about added security and use at online stores which brings me to I tried to use it at XXXX for {$10.00} on XXXX XXXX and it wouldn't take it.I was depending on that money.
