Reporting company used your report improperly. Westlake financial entered a 36 months arrangement with me and did not inform me of my right to rescind, or my right to opt out and did in fact reported to the a third party credit bureau. Their terms and condition says they do not provide my information to third party non-affiliates. the violated their own terms and condition when the shared my information with the credit reporting agencies ( XXXX, XXXX, XXXX ). Additinally they provided no opt out notice as per 12 CFR 332.9.
