Trying to communicate with the company to fix an issue while managing or servicing your loan. I called Wells Fargo to ask to skip one payment on my mortgage which was a program they offered in the past as a courtesy. Wells Fargo would add the excused payment to the end of the loan. Was advised bu the home preservation rep they no longer offered that program but referred me to NC XXXX XXXX XXXX and said no negative credit reporting would happen while in the program on numerous occasions. On the referral from Wells Fargo I enrolled in the NC XXXX XXXX XXXX which was in contact with Wells Fargo and notified them I was in the program and payment would be processed.
