None. XXXX XXXX ( available funds over XXXX ) has had a block for no reason. I worked for XXXX XXXX who has their own card with Netspend. I have emailed the requested information twice ( copies of drivers license, a bill and even my passport ). This is an ongoing issue. I have had this card for over 10 years. Can not access my funds ( withdraw or transfer money ). I have been attempting to correct this for 1 year. Since XX/XX/XXXX I have contacted them 4 times because I need my cash.
