Credit inquiries on your report that you don't recognize. I mailed certified letters to the credit bureaus on XX/XX/year> containing a complaint about the accounts on my credit report along with a copy of my state ID, SSI card and a utility bill. I received a letter from the credit bureaus asking that I provide a copy of my ID, proof of address, and SSI to prove my identity and other said the information was factual.
