Funds not received from closed account. Hello, My checking and savings accounts with Capital One were first restricted on XX/XX/XXXX. I called Capital One the same day. They informed me my account was restricted due an issue with XXXX payments. They removed the restriction and I was able to use the accounts again. XXXX days later on XX/XX/XXXX my accounts were restricted again. After speaking to a representative I was informed Capital One would be " terminating the relationship '' and my accounts would be closed immediately. I was told I would receive a check in the mail with my balance within 1-2 weeks. The total balance of my funds with Capital One is around ~ {$8000.00}.
