You told them to stop contacting you, but they keep trying. They will not stop calling even though I have asked for written consent that they can have my account. They said we are able to have whatever they want on my credit report. I asked them to send everything on my reports and I verified my address. They wanted me to verify my SSN and more saying they cant just send things if I dont verify who I am. I verified everything for them but I refused my SSN. They said we will keep calling tell you tell us everything.
