Problem during payment process. Following me filing a billing dispute for duplicate payments my monthly payment was attempted to be withdrawn from a saved account I had not selected for payment. After the second attempt I confirmed with my credit union that the payment scheduled on XX/XX/XXXX was never presented for payment as instructed using the customer portal. On XX/XX/XXXX I phoned Synchrony to find out why the provisional credit was reversed from my account and the agent informed me that my account had been closed due to returned payments. I used this account daily ; I paid the balance off monthly. After filing one claim for a debit which was processed twice my payment instructions were ignored and payments were attempted to be withdrawn from another account. I have never miss
