Problem with rewards from credit card. In XXXX I requested my dollar rewards be sent to me. They said they only direst deposit the check. I said OK.. I then went to the store and tried to use the commenty credit card and they put a block on it. When I called them they said that I did not send the code to me and I told them that I did not receive one. They requested via e mail a both sides of my SS number card and drivers license and a copy of a house bill. I did send them this information and they acknowledged receipt of same. A few weeks later I received in the mail a notification from them that they had unblocked my card and raised my limit to XXXX XXXX dollars from XXXX XXXX. I have been in touch with them several times via telephone and they keep saying it is still in the working progr
