Reporting company used your report improperly. I received a copy of my credit report and found the following items to be reported in error I requested the bureaus to do an investigation on the accounts below for accuracy accounts came back verified I do not believe an investigation was done because its no way the accounts would come back verified as accurate due to the large discrepancies and information mismatch highlighted in the attached documents.
