Transaction was not authorized. I have a Chime checking account with an XXXX email. However, I have been receiving emails from Chime through my XXXX that are in someone else 's name ( e.g. 'Welcome to Chime, XXXX XXXX ... My name is XXXX XXXX ). When I attempt to login with my XXXX account ( even though I did not sign up with this XXXX account personally ) any passwords I use do not work and when I attempt to recover the password it sends a verification code to a phone number that is not mine. I then try to login with the XXXX email that I originally signed up with and i select " forgot password '' and Chime responds with " There was an error attempting to reset your password, please try again ''. I have called Chime Customer Service and I have tried to select ALL of the XXXX options and n
