Account status incorrect. I have tried to get this account removed in the past using the Fair Credit Reporting Act laws and it has been a true nightmare to deal with XXXX XXXX. First off, I requested a form of 1099-c which is a cancelation of debt about 3-4 years ago, to which I was told by them that they can not hand that to me till 7 years after the account was charged off. I don't know if this information is true but with the way things are going, seems like I will never get said form. XXXX XXXX is also reporting inaccurate and invalid information on my credit report as of XX/XX/XXXX which includes the date of the last activity and the date of the last payment on my credit report across the three credit bureaus XXXX, Equifax and XXXX, thus damaging my creditworthiness.
