In approximately mid XXXX of 2023 I contacted US BANK as their free online service for sending checks and payments online failed to work for me several times during XXXX of 2023. I spoke with XXXX XXXX of their XXXX XXXX XXXX. XXXX suggested that I talk with his Wealth Managers. These Wealth Managers ( XXXX XXXX and others ) set me up with a system they have called XXXX which for a charge of {$48.00} per month purportedly would allow me to send checks via an ACH system directly from my account to their account. This XXXX system however never worked and no one at US Bank was able to get it to work. In fact US Bank insisted that I call their XXXX number which I did numerous times.
