Their investigation did not fix an error on your report. Toyota financial online payment system had a glitch and had reset my automatic payment setting without notifying me on such issue and did not take payment for that month XX/XX/2023 of {$620.00} when I had it set for automated payment setting. I tried to resolved this, and wrote them a letter to rectify matter with no response. Their website went thru technical issues and reset jet they didn't send any email, text on problem to be able to reset and enroll again in time and my credit went down because of it. From my payment history it clear I don't miss payments before XX/XX/2023 or after XX/XX/2023 when this was reported to credit monitoring companies. I ask for help to resolve this as my credit went down due to this negative report
