Credit reporting or other personal consumer reports — CCS Financial Services, Inc. (GA)

Reporting company used your report improperly. I have requested for XXXX to provide me with a proof of investigation and original contract with furnisher on my consumer report and they have not provided me with any information. I have sent letter to them on XXXX/XXXX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, and XX/XX/XXXX. They have failed to provide me with any information I the consumer requested from my consumer report.
