Credit reporting or other personal consumer reports — Experian Information Solutions Inc. (NJ)

Difficulty submitting a dispute or getting information about a dispute over the phone. I received notification from Experian my credit score decreased XXXX points due to delinquency. However there are no delinquencies on my credit report. I have written a demand letter to experian. I have discussed the information with the dispute customer services multiple times since XXXX and although they agree that there are no delinquencies they said they can not add back the points that were removed.
