Account information incorrect. I am formally writing this complaint because my credit report is being damaged by the company XXXX XXXX XXXX. I have disputed with XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX regarding inaccurate information that they have furnished with the consumer reporting agencies for the past 2 months to no avail. They did not correct the inaccuracies I provided them in my letters along with copies of supporting documents and they were given multiple chances to do so. As a result of their consistent failure, I requested to XXXX XXXX for the account to be removed for both XXXX and TRANSUNION and told them that they would be liable for reporting misinformation, but they ignored my request to do so and still will not let up regarding the fact that they were wrong and had failed to correct and upd
