Information belongs to someone else. XX/XX/XXXX a loan agreement was made in my name for purchase of a vehicle, the vehicle was purchased by a company unrelated to me. Speaking with the motor vehicle department, the vehicle was registered to someone with the last name XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX The car dealership falsified a signature indicating it was my signature when it was not. Furthermore, XXXX XXXX XXXX backdated paperwork putting a lien on a vehicle falsifying records because it was registered and owned by an unknown individual. They have no perfected lien, no promissory note, no security agreement, and no valid contract. Did not follow the rules of the Uniform Commercial Code. They have created this account out of thin air.
