Account information incorrect. XXXX XXXX XXXX Account ending in : XXXX I contacted Regions Bank on multiple occasions during the stent of my loan I was XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. I asked information on how to submit Supporting documentation for any applicable XXXX benefits. I was never provided an accurate number and never received confirmation my documentation was received. My APR % 6.75 was not lowered during anpplicable periods. I believe that late payments were reported in error on my credit report this action was not corrected nor was I provided documentation.
