Loan sold or transferred to another company. The company Santander keeps harassing me for a vehicle I turned in in XXXX for unfair business practices. they were raising the balance and keeping it the same price for over a year. The company XXXX XXXX XXXX hid the percentage till I signed the contract claiming they were helping me out, but screwing me with a 29 % interest rate. I was paying on time and more in the beginning but the balance didn't change. Which was stressful throughout the years, I voluntarily returned the vehicle to the company, which sold it for {$4000.00}, and still tried to charge me {$10000.00} after I had made over {$8500.00} in payments during the time I had the car.
