Charged for a purchase or transfer you did not make with the card. I applied for PA unemployment for the first time ever after being let go from my employer XX/XX/XXXX. I was issued a Money Network debit card for my unemployment benefits to be issued. I was allowing the funds to build then i would transfer to my bank account and pay my monthly bills. On XX/XX/XXXX, I went to transfer funds from the Money Network card to my account and noticed {$1000.00} was missing from my balance. I immediately researched this and noticed my external transfer account was no longer my account with XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX, the information on the external transfer page was changed. I looked up the routing number and it was for XXXX XXXX XXXX in XXXX. I have never banked with XXXX XXXX. So, I immediately ca
