Credit reporting or other personal consumer reports — Experian Information Solutions Inc. (TN)

Information belongs to someone else. I recently reviewed a copy of my credit report. I am in shock that I have been a victim of identity theft. I found an account on my credit report by the name of : XXXX XXXX opened XX/XX/2018. I have no knowledge of ever signing up for this account. The account was not opened by me at all. Please remove this account from my credit report as soon as possible. Thanks in advance! I have also attached my identity theft report as well.
