Difficulty submitting a dispute or getting information about a dispute over the phone. I have submitted two requests for information on my credit report to be corrected and I keep getting emails back from Experian refusing to correct the misinformation. Upon review of my credit report, I noticed some account information that was inaccurate. I detailed that information in a letter to Experian and they responded, stating they did not believe the dispute was from me or that I may be working with a credit repair company. I'm not sure how they came to this conclusion because the letter included all of my personal information and return address. I then resent the information back to Experian and Notified them it was indeed me and that I was needing the inaccurate information corrected on my cred
