Attempted to collect wrong amount. In XX/XX/year>, I initially reached out to XXXX with the hope of improving my dental alignment and overall oral health. After following the prescribed steps and undergoing the initial scanning process, I received my first set of aligners. Unfortunately, upon trying them, I discovered that they were uncomfortably tight and did not fit properly. Consequently, I promptly visited your office to address this issue and underwent a second scanning session. Regrettably, despite the reassurance provided during my second visit, I have yet to receive any further correspondence or the promised product. Subsequently, I was dismayed to learn that XXXX has filed for bankruptcy, leaving customers like myself in limbo regarding the status of our orders and refunds.
