Didn't receive enough information to verify debt. In XXXX, a credit card XXXXXXXX XXXX card from XXXX has been contracted without my consent and on my name. I dont know who or how, but l didnt ask that card. At that time l had never used a credit card because its not in my culture to use it, and because l didnt need any. I always use my debit card - especially to avoid this kind of problems. The same year, for some reason that credit card was used to pay my XXXX XXXX plan. Which was an error because l always pay with my debit card ( and l can prove it ). I was living in a different address at that time, and l moved a couple of months later still without being aware yet of all that.
