Trying to communicate with the company to fix an issue while managing or servicing your loan. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, transfered my loan services to Mr. Cooper/Rushmore Servicing , on XX/XX/23. During the transfer process my mortgage payment on XX/XX/23 of {$1100.00} was taken by XXXX XXXX XXXX from my checking account then wire transferd to Mr. Cooper/Rushmore that XXXX mortgage payment. As of today, Mr. Cooper/Rushmore has not reconized that payment. I have been sending proof since XXXX until now. Bank records, Wire transfer records from XXXX XXXX XXXX, countless calls with no resolution. I feel Mr. Cooper/Rushmore is at fault for taking this long to resolve this with proof I have provided. My credit is being affected. Mr.Cooper/Rushmore is charging me late fees when this not my fault.
