Was not notified of investigation status or results. Ensuring punctuality, I've consistently made timely payments on this account, never allowing them to slide into overdue status. I'm unsure why there are reports of late payment remarks on my accounts. As per 15 USC 1666b - Billing Error, these should be rectified.
