Reporting company used your report improperly. This complaint is against XXXX, XXXX, EXPERIAN for the following violations of my rights as a federally protected consumer under the Fair Credit Reporting Act and Privacy Act of 1974. 15USC 1681 a ( d ) ( 2 ) ( A ) ( i ) states that transactions between the consumer and the Person/Corporation making the report is NOT included on the consumer reports.
