Debt collection — National Credit Adjusters, LLC (WI)

Didn't receive notice of right to dispute. I am un aware of this debt. I did not have the opportunity to dispute this debt. I did not receive proper notification. If in fact you believe i received proper notification please provide the certified mail with a receipt with my signature on it stating i received it.
