Credit reporting or other personal consumer reports — AMERICAN EXPRESS COMPANY (GA)

Information belongs to someone else. My old email and phone number have been compromised. This resulted in credit accounts being created, used, and accessed in my personal name without my permission. I have not approved application or any of these negative charges now showing on my credit report. I do not understand how someone was able to so easily access my information and open these accounts. I declare that I do now have ownership of any fraudulent activity used under my information and I request it to be removed.
