Didn't receive enough information to verify debt. This company, Capital one, is reporting an account on my consumer reports and they have yet to verify and validate the debt. I submitted a request for them to send me an authenticated record of the account pursuant to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX which states that the recipient must respond to the request within 14 days. It has been over 14 days and I have not received a response. I have requested that the Generally Accepted Accounting Principals ( GAAP ) bookkeeping entries that proves creditor has suffered a loss, a copy of the 1099-c that was filed for the account, the truth in lending disclosures, and the opt out disclosures. I have also requested that they cease all communication both directly and indirectly which includes consumer reporti
