Credit card — AMERICAN EXPRESS COMPANY (CA)

Problem with fees. {$29.00} late fee charged, can't waive but never recd info. Told me I should check my Am exp. Account on line. Changed to mail copy. Don't want this on my credit report, feel should be waived.
