I am writing to file a complaint against TransUnion regarding their failure to appropriately respond to my dispute regarding inaccuracies on my credit report. On XX/XX/2024, I mailed a dispute letter to TransUnion via USPS certified mail ( tracking number : XXXX ), requesting an investigation into inaccurate items on my credit report. Additionally, I disputed incorrect personal information listed on my credit report. I ensured to include a copy of my photo ID, social security card, and a recent bill with my current address to assist TransUnion in verifying my identity and address.
