My name should be XXXX XXXX XXXX like it is on my social security number. Not XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX My name is XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX I sent bank information detailing my one and only address. My only address is XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX MD XXXX. I have no other address. This is the only address I have. It is my right to use one name, one address, one phone number. The credit bureaus after two times still refuse to correct my consumer report. These are violations according to FCRA on accurate information
