Payment process. On XXXX, I filed a complaint against the company due to their moving a whole principal payment into escrow without my permission or knowledge. The company responded on XXXX and said that my figures were accurate and that they would correct it. I then received a statement on XXXX for {$5400.00}, which is over twice my mortgage rate. This indicates that they said one thing through the CFPB response and then separately took retaliatory measures on their own. I desperately require relief from this company and its actions against me.
