Credit reporting or other personal consumer reports — EQUIFAX, INC. (CT)

Investigation took more than 30 days. I submitted a credit repair request to a company, but they still failed to respond within the 30-day timeframe required by law. This failure to respond has negatively impacted my credit and caused difficulties for me. I am now submitting a complaint to the CFPB to address the situation and protect my rights as a consumer.
